Lucky Kitty '18
Lucky Kitty is an interactive slot machine and flame effect that dispenses custom coins, songs, and oddities along with fire in response to lucky pulls of the handle. This machine was designed, engineered and fabricated by myself and my partner in art, life, & schemes, Mike Everson.
Lucky Kitty was given art grants by Toronto's regional burn Hyperborea in 2018, along with the Firefly Arts Collective regional burn in Boston, and L'OsstidBurn in Montreal in 2019. It was seen at each event over the course of these two years before the pandemic, and continues to be trotted out for friends to this day.
